We strive to provide high-quality dental care in a safe, pleasant, and accessible environment. That\u2019s why we maintain a set of house rules to ensure a positive experience for everyone at our practice<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Appointment &amp; Accessibility<\/strong><br>\nPlease arrive on time so we can help everyone according to schedule.\nCan\u2019t make it? Please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur charges.\nFor emergencies or pain, call us directly during opening hours. Outside of opening hours, you can contact the emergency service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>In the Practice<\/strong><br>\nAnimals are not allowed, except for assistance dogs.<br>\nPlease keep the practice clean and use the waste bins.<br>\nThe use of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.<br>\nWe are not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings. Found items can be handed in at the reception desk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Respect and Safety<\/strong><br>\nWe treat each other with respect. Aggression, intimidation, or discrimination will not be tolerated.<br>\nDo you see an unsafe situation? Please report it to the reception.<br>\nWould you like to film or take photos in the practice? Always ask for permission in advance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Complaints Procedure<\/strong><br>\nAt VTDental, we do everything we can to help you well. Are you not satisfied with something? Let us know \u2013 together we will look for a solution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><em>1. Discuss it at the practice<\/em><br>\nContact your practitioner or the practice manager. In most cases, we can resolve it immediately.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><em>2. Submit a complaint<\/em><br>Can\u2019t resolve it together? Then you can submit an official complaint via our complaint form or by email.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><em>3. Complaints Officer<\/em><br>\nIf independent mediation is needed, you can contact our complaints officer. This officer mediates free of charge and impartially.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><em>4. Dental Care Disputes Committee<\/em><br>\nIf your complaint is not resolved even with mediation, you can contact the Dental Care Disputes Committee. There may be costs involved.
